According to Acer, these ultra-thin laptops will see Google’s Chrome OS as the main operating system of choice for majority of their releases, asserting that an iPad-like tablet “would not pose any technical challenges for Acer.” Acer also maintained that the tablet design doesn’t fit into their business model at the moment as well.
